Q:   What are the Trove products made of?

A:   We use clay from the United Kingdom. Our products are all high-fired stoneware, handmade in Hong Kong.

Q:   How do I take care of my Trove products?

A:   Our products are all food, microwave and dishwasher safe. However, to ensure the longevity of your treasure, we strongly suggest hand washing your handmade ceramics. Remember not to store your ceramic products in your freezer! They might crack into pieces, just like a broken heart.

Q:   Any tips on cleaning handmade ceramic products?

A:   Cleaning deeper stains can be difficult. You do not want to damage your beautiful ceramics. A great way to get rid of stains on your tableware is softly cleaning them using baking soda. Adding a small amount of water or white vinegar to your baking soda, you softly rub the paste onto the stain and rinse the plate with water. Bye, bye stains!

Q:   Do you ship worldwide?

A:   Unfortunately, our treasures can only be shipped within Hong Kong at the moment. We hope to expand our treasure Trove worldwide soon, see you then!

 Q:   When will my shipment arrive or how long will it take? 

A:   We use SF Express to ship our orders, it normally takes around 3-5 working days. 

Q:   What are the shipment methods?

A:   We offer two shipment methods. One is SF Express Home Delivery and one is SF Express Store Self Pick-up. Both convenient!
